1 small package jello
3/4 cup boiling water
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 9-oz can crushed pineapple
1-1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 ripe avocado, mashed

Chill the jello to partially set. Stir in remaining incredients. Pour into a jello mold and chill in the refrigerator.
