1 lb frozen fish fillets
1 scallion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
parsley
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup white wine
Place fish fillets in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with
chopped scallions, tomato, and parsley. Top with pats
of butter. Pour the wine over the fish. Bake at 350
degrees for 15-20 minutes.
