1 lb ground beef
1 cup cooker bulgur (parched crushed wheat)
1 large onion, diced
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 cup catsup or tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon celery flakes
grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Sautee meat and seasonings with onion. Combine bulgur
with meat mixture, soup and catsup; pour into 9 x
13” casserole dish. Bake at 350o for 30 minutes.
Serves 6-8.
