2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese
¾ cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ cup minced onion
1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
Finely snipped parsley (if desired)
Place cheeses in a small mixer bowl. Let the mixture
stand at room temperature until softened. Add onion
and Worcestershire sauce; blend on low speed. Beat
on medium speed until fluffy, scraping side and bottom
of bowl.
Chill for 8 hours. Shape into a large bowl; roll
in parsley. Place on a serving plate and cover. Chill
for 2 hours.
Arrange crackers on place.
Makes 12 servings.
