1 cup sour cream
1 large cream of chicken soup ( or 2 regular size)
Chicken Breasts
Swiss cheese cut finger size
Ham slices
Waverly or Ritz crackers
Egg
Mix sour cream and chicken soup together in a 9x13
pan.
Pound out chicken breasts
Cut swiss cheese into finger sized blocks
Roll Ham/ cheese into chicken breasts and secure with
toothpick
Mix crackers, 1 tsp water and egg into a bowl
Roll breasts in mixture and put in pan
Bake 375 for 45 minutes – hour until chicken
is cooked.
