1 rotisserie chicken
4 leeks - white parts only sliced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 T butter
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Mom's Pie crust
Remove meat from the rotisserie chicken and set aside.
Sautee leeks and mushrooms in butter. Add the chicken, cream
of chicken soup and sour cream. Heat through and season
to taste.
Fill a pie dish with the chicken mixture. Cover with the
pie crust. Cook for 25 minutes at about 350 or until crust
is cooked and mixture is bubbly.
