1 lb butter
2-1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
8 eggs (separate; beat egg whites)
1 can crushed pineapple
2 lb mixed fruit
2 cups shredded coconut
1 lbs white raisins
2 packages fruitlets
1 lb whole almonds
6 cups flour
almond and vanilla flavouring
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Cream butter, sugar and milk together until smooth.
Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add
egg whites last.
Pour into a 9 x 13” baking dish and bake at
300o for 2-1/2 hours.
