3 - 3-1/2 lb corned beef brisket
1 head of cabbage, cut up
2 onions, cut up
6 cloves
2 bay leaves
1 Tbl beef bouillon
2 cups water
Cover the beef with water in a large pan. Add onion
and spices. Cover and cook for 3 hours.
In a sauce pan add water, bouillon and cabbage. Simmer
for 20 minutes. Add the cabbage to the beef on a serving
plate.
