2 lb fish fillets
1/4 cup milk
1 cup crushed potato chips
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup melted butter (for each fillet)
1/4 tsp thyme
Dip fish in milk, chips, etc. Place in baking dish.
Sprinkle with extra crumbs. Drizzle with 1/4 cup melted
butter. Sprinkle with thyme.
Bake at 500 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
