2 or more ripe avocadoes (Hass are the best type)
Minced garlic or garlic powder to taste
Salt and Pepper
Chili Pepper
Tomato
Onion
1 Orange
Lemon Juice
Fresh Cilantro
Remove the skins and seeds from the avocadoes. Place
avocadoes in a bowl and mash with a fork or pastry
cutter.. A pastry cutter works well for this. Add
spices to taste.
Add juice of one orange, and a splash of lemon juice
(to taste).
Chop up tomatos, onions and fresh cilatro finely,
and add.
Serve with chips, or just eat it with a spoon. :)
