8 thin sliced sausage (or ground beef)
¼ cup olive oil
2 chopped onions
1 minced clove
16 oz tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper
1 lb ricotta
½ lb diced mozzarella
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 box cooked lasagna noodles
3 tbs grated parmesan cheese
Cook noodles according to directions. Heat oil and
sauté garlic and onions until tender. Add tomato
sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil & cover/simmer.
Sauté sausage until brown. Mix ricotta and
diced mozzarella in bowl. Spread ½ cup sauce
on the bottom of a baking pan. Arrange noodles with
layers of cheese mix, parmesan cheese, tomato sauce,
meat. Repeat, ending with noodles and sauce.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.
