1 egg
1-1/2 cup mix
2-1/4 tsp sugar
¾ cup water
Place ingredients into a large measuring cup and
beat with egg beater, scraping sides and bottom with
a rubber spatula.
After batter is ready, heat frying pan by the following
method:
Place 1-2 Tbls butter into the pan, turn heat to high
until butter sizzles. Immediately reduce heat to medium-low.
Pour batter into pan.
Cook on one side, then turn as soon as bubbles break.
Cook on other side until brown.
Keep warm by placing in a 200-degree oven, on a cookie
sheet.
