1 can Libby's pumpkin
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1-1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cans evaporated milk
2 Mom's Pie Crust
Combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly with
a mixer. Place into crust-lined pie plates.
Bake at 350 degrees until a knife inserted into the pumpkin
comes out clean.
Makes two 9-inch pies. Serve with lots of whipped cream!
