Crust:
Mom's Pie Crust
Middle:
1 lb pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk (13.5 oz)
2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp cloves
Topping:
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup walnuts, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
Crust: combine all ingredients. Mix well until crumbly,
using mixer. Press into an ungreased 9x13" pan and
bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Middle: combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Pour over crust.
Topping: combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle
over pumpkin layer.
Bake at 350°F for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve with lots
of whipped cream.
