5 c. rhubarb
1 (large) raspberry Jello
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 c. sugar
Cut up rhubarb and put into a greased 9 x 13 inch
cake pan. Sprinkle with the dry Jello. Sprinkle on
the sugar and marshmallows. Mix cake mix with only
water and eggs and pour over rhubarb. Bake
at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check with toothpick. Let
sit 10 minutes (but no longer - the middle will fall
in) and turn over onto cookie sheet. Serve with whipped
cream or Cool Whip.
