1 sm pkg strawberry jello
1 sm pkg lemon jello
Knox gelatin
1 pkg frozen strawberries
½ pint cream
½ cup sugar
8 oz sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can blueberries
½ cup juice from blueberries
1. Dissolve strawberry jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1 pkg frozen strawberries. Cool until set.
2. Dissolve Knox gelatin in ½ cup cold water.
3. Mix cream and sugar in a pan and heat but don’t
boil. Add gelatin mixture.
4. Beat sour cream in with the cream/sugar/gelatin
mixture. Cool.
5. Pour the cream/sugar/gelatin mixture onto the
strawberry layer. Cool until set.
6. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup of hot water. Add
blueberries and ½ cup blueberry juice.
7. Add the blue layer on top of the white layer and
cool until set.
