1 lb butter
¾ cup powdered sugar
3 ½ c flour
¼ c corn starch
Beat the heck out of the butter. Whip it for quite a while
- this is what makes it nice and light. Then beat in the
rest of the ingredients.
Roll into balls and press down using a press dipped in
powdered sugar.
Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
