1 onion
1 tomato
1 green pepper
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. capers (optional)
Water
Puree all ingredients in blender, starting with tomato.
Add water, if needed for easier blending. Cook mixture
over low heat for 30 minutes. Can be refrigerated
up to 3 weeks or frozen.
