3 lb ground beef
½ lb chopped onion
1/3 qt water
2 qt tomato puree
2 cup catsup
½ clove garlic
1/3 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon salt
Brown the beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients
and cook slowly for ½ hour.
Serve with angel hair pasta.
