2 cups sour cream
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr Swiss vgetable soup mix
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 round loaf of sourdough bread
Microwave or pour hot water over the spinach; drain
when thawed. Roll Knorr’s with a rolling pin
to crush (puncture pkg).
Mix all ingredients. Split the loaf of sourdough
bread, then scoop the bread out and cut into chunks
for dipping. Pour the dip into the hollowed round
loaf.
