6 eggs
1 quart half-and-half
1 pint whipping cream
2 cups sugar
2 cups pureed strawberries
2 tablespoons vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt

Beat eggs; add sugar gradually. Beat until stiff.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Beat until well blended.
Freeze according to the instructions on the ice cream freezer.
