4 Pork chops
1 pkg Bacon Bits
1 large Onion chopped finely
6 oz Mushrooms, sliced
1 can chopped tomatoes
½ pint chicken stock
1 T Tomato Paste
Handful of mixed herbs
Cheese Sauce recipe
Brown pork chops in butter and then place in a 9x13
pan in the oven at about 200 C. Fry up chopped onion,
sliced mushrooms and bacon bits. Add stock, tomato
puree and herbs and boil down. Add to the 9x13 pan
and return to the oven. Make a cheese sauce and then
add it to the pork and sauce. Continue to cook until
cheese is bubbling and pork is completely cooked.
