**Note: the amounts of the ingredients
can be changed to your taste. You can puree all of
the ingredients in the blender or chop them as you
desire. You can add more hot peppers after giving
the salsa a few hours to sit.
3 or more fresh, ripe tomatoes, chopped or pureed
1-16 oz can of tomato sauce
2 – 3 cloves garlic, ground, or more as desired
2 – 3 tsp salt, or more to taste
½ green bell pepper or green chile peppers
¼ cup cilantro chopped
¼ cup onion, chopped
Hot pepper, with or without seeds, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Best eaten
with corn chips and
guacamole!
